Equipment is built when an order is placed. Please check the lead times that exist below the checkout button on product pages to learn when the equipment would ship.
Presses, carts, and press accessories will ship from Washington State. Flashes and conveyor dryers will ship from Missouri.
You will receive an email with tracking information when the order is ready to ship. As soon as you receive it, there is a tracking number attached (note there can be multiple tracking numbers for the order if equipment ships from multiple locations)
Try plugging in the tracking number on the carrier's website to obtain tracking information. If that does not work, please reach out to us at [email protected] and a representative will help you shortly.

When a freight order or any equipment arrives, someone on staff must take photos and open the crate/packaging. Examine and document any and all damages found. If the equipment is damaged in any way, take photos and make sure to have the damages annot
