What's a freight forwarder?Updated 2 years ago

A freight forwarder is a company that organizes shipments for individuals or corporations to get goods from the manufacturer or producer to a market, customer, or final point of distribution.

It is up to the customer to find and set up an account with a freight forwarder.

We can only guarantee shipping to the freight forwarder. Any damage or loss once in the forwarder's hands is between the forwarder and the customer. ALWAYS INSPECT BEFORE SIGNING BOL. Most vendors will not warranty any damages if the damage is not noted on the BoL before the signature.

Please view the shipping policy to learn more.
