The answer depends on what you're using it for. 

If you're looking to use the cart to mount a tabletop press on, the number of stations on your press will determine which cart you should get. Presses with a single station, like all 150 presses and the 250 4x1 press, should be mounted on the Single Station Press Cart. Presses with multiple stations, like the rest of the 250 line, should go on the Multi-Station Press Cart. 

If you're planning to use the cart for utilities, go with the Single Station Press Cart. It has more screen storage and the option to get heavy-duty casters.
