How can I return my order?Updated 2 years ago

Within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to the Riley Hopkins team by phone at 888-298-3496 or by email at [email protected]

When returning a product, please have the following information ready or included in your email:

  • Name and address that the order was placed under.
  • The invoice or original order number.
  • Reason for which you are requesting to return.

Once this information is received, you will receive a return authorization number. This information will be emailed to you along with the address to send your items back. If you do not receive our email within two business days, please check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, notify us immediately. Once the return has been authorized, you will have 30 days to send the equipment back. If the return is not received within 30 days, you will need to go through the authorization process again.

Package your return carefully with your RMA# written on the outside of the box or visible on your return shipping label. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur when your return is in transit back to our location. Additional restocking fees may apply if damage occurs.
